I got my new iPhone 11 yesterday and I was just wondering how much extra space the animoji takes up on your device when sending them as texts

Well your front facing camera can pick up your expressions and movement and impose them on your Memoji

I might be wrong, but the size of the animation may be directly related to the length of the Memoji you record. Memoji recordings also can contain the audio of your voice.
