Hello guys,

If I can remember correctly, on XS I was able to, for example, hard press on gmail notification and Mark as read, important thing is that iPhone was LOCKED, not unlocked, and I was still able to do that

on 11 Pro, when I get gmail notification, I long press on it but nothing happens, unless I unlock my iPhone (faceID), when I unlock, I can mark notification as read

Hope you understand what I mean :D

iny my notifications, it looks like this

Could be a security feature that Apple implemented in the newer devices. So that nobody other than the person who can unlock the device performs any kind of action on your device by way of notifications.

thanks for reply, it would be really nice if someone can test, for example gmail, and tell me if it is possible to do haptic action without unlocking iphone

I often have my iphone on table, and want to do an action, but now I need to take phone, look at it to unlock, and than I can do it..
