I only see iOS13 as an update option when I checked my phone (I'm on 12.4.1). Should I expect to see 13.1 sometime today as an option?

I didn't have beta, just clean iOS 13

Wasn’t showing update for me, I removed my beta profile and now it’s showing the update.

Just in case anyone else has that issue.
