I’m on dev beta 5, and this is what I have this morning. I plugged in last night at 95%. Anyone else experience this?

That’s new. The iPhone remembers what times you usually charge your device and by what time you need it, so it will not fully charge until then, this is to prolong battery life if you charge overnight.
