I do, but only because I came from Android in 2014 when the 6s series hit because I was intrigued with 3D Touch and had been thinking of trying Apple anyway in large part due to constantly hearing that apps were still more polished, came out first/exclusive, etc. If I went back it would definitely be a Pixel (or whatever Google direct name they're using at the time) just because that's the only way to reliably get all the security updates. Also I literally hate the skins that OEM's place on top of Android. Originally due to the performance hit, and in later years because I think they just still look ugly. Sure 3rd party launchers and icons hide some of that, but not all of it.
Anyway, I'm probably not going anywhere for a long time now unless either
#1 the Watch starts working on Android, or
#2 a WearOS watch appears that has the heart rate and EKG monitoring like the current gen Watches. Even then I'd have an iPad still and that kinda makes syncing stuff hard for some apps (like games). I had the same problem in reverse when I came to Apple. I was still using a 2013 Nexus 7 tablet for a couple years and it was frustrating at times.
