How do I get my Alexa to show up in control center without having to go into settings?

Settings > Bluetooth, then pair your iPhone with Alexa. You only have to do this once.

If the Alexa isn’t ‘AirPlay’ compatible, it may not display in the AirPlay section of the Control Center you displayed in your screenshot.

My “Bluetooth” speaker shows up in my control panel right along side my AirPlay devices. I think Amazon wants you to use Alexa. You may need to say: “Alexa! Turn on Bluetooth” “Alexa! Connect to my iPhone”.
