12.2 Slowdown ?

Has anyone else noticed a slowing of activity in iOS 12.2 ?
My XS seems slower and my 2017 iPad is for the first time,stopping and taking a long time to load in the middle of videos,mainly Youtube, and sort of sticking in the Verge eg taking up to a minute to become fully active.I have tried clearing RAM and History,I feel that 12.2 has had enough time to settle in,so this is a bit of a pain !

iPad Pro 9.7" and iPhone 7+ running fine. No noticeable slowness issues.

iPad Air 2 and iPhone 8+ both running fine here.

No difference on my 6s Plus. You already cleared RAM. You might go to settings> Battery, and see which apps have a lot of background activity. Swipe those out of multitasking, then do a hard reset (reboot).

No noticeable slow down with iOS 12.2 on my iPhone or iPad here. I agree with Ledsteplin, close out all apps and do a hard reboot and see if that helps.
