I am a iPad/iPod user and got an iPhone recently. And the attachments show what i saw when i entered the multitasking view.
It the application saying 'Good morning' on the bottom of that view.
I am not sure what that feature is, and i've tried searched but found nothing related. Also from the both screenshots you can see that i've turned off all notifications for that app..

So what the feature called? And how to disable it?

It’s called Continuity and you can disable it in Settings > Handoff
