iMessage quirks

Since the ios12 update I’ve started receiving texts multiple times; sometimes 2-3 duplicates, but as high as 13 duplicates! I’m also not getting notifications of new messages in text strings after I reply to someone; no sound or app badge.
Any thoughts?

I haven't had iMessage do that but I've had emails that I've already addressed show up on my lock screen multiple times. Very strange...

I occasionally have the text notification issue, but I’m running a beta on my X so I just report it and move on. I haven’t noticed any issues on my XS that doesn’t have the beta.
