If you're not happy with iOS 12, flash back to iOS11 before they stop signing it. I for one LOVE iOS 12 and would never go back to iOS 11.

There is at least one other post about Antutu. As @Tartarus suggested in the other thread, you might want to give it a couple of days for things to settle down.

Any chance that in settings / battery / battery health that the system is reporting that the battery is not at peak performance and is throttling the battery due to a previous battery shutdown? (I would think not with a 7+ but that could be an issue.)

I rebooted my device and make a few changes and now its showing 125789 on score card ..still its slow on iOS 12 compared to iOS 11.4 ..... but somehow its improving... Lets see what happens !!!

It takes a few days for things to settle. Especially apps. They have to adjust to the new OS.

There is a way, but you have to be quick to switch back. (I haven't heard if Apple has stopped signing iOS 11 yet.)

Also know this, if you didn't do an encrypted backup of iOS 11 in iTunes before upgrading, you will lose all data and have to start from scratch.

I always do an encrypted back up anyway. It is just more secure.

I did a backup, but could not go back. No big deal. It’s my backup phone (5s). I’ll wait a bit before putting IOS 12 on my SE.

I as well always encrypt my backups on all of my devices.
