Can you send the actual memoji to someone, like if I create my son, can I send it to my wife so he can use it on her phone as well, or does she have to recreate it?

Would be really cool if you could use the camera and the software would create a memoji that looks like you instead of you trying to make it up yourself.

I love Memoji! I also love that I can use them in FaceTime even though my kids don't have iOS 12 or an X.

You need the infrared camera array just like with Animoji, since Memoji is just another form of Animoji. So at this point, yes it is exclusive to the X.

I love sending the Animoji via text so I’m sure the memoji will be a blast but I’m gonna wait for the official iOS 12 release. I’m no longer interested in Betas.

I like the feature. Not sure how much I’m going to use it after a couple of weeks though. Kinda like a Bitmoji on Snapchat.
