iTunes 12.7.x needed to restore 11.3

Anyone notice that you have to load iTunes 12.7.x to restore iOS 11.3?.. When did that happen?..

I hadn’t noticed, but I typically keep my apps up to date...

Well, I had reloaded 12.6.3.6 after updating to 12.7 way back when they did that. I did that cuz I had a couple older apps that weren’t on App Store anymore and wanted to be able to reload them.. They’re not relevant anymore so I guess I don’t mine about those..but I like the ability to be able to reload a previous version of app if the updated one goes bad!.. that ability has saved me a couple times over the years! I don’t understand why Apple has removed that ability..drives me nuts
