I’ve only heard it’ll be available for the new iPad on Friday. Presumably to prevent a beta restore mishap like what happened when the X was released.

All I've seen for sure (from a couple of tweets by Rene Ritchie yesterday) is that the review units give by Apple at the Education event had 11.3 on it - it was unboxed that way, it wasn't an update. I don't think that the retail units are available or have shipped yet otherwise.

Keep going in and out of software update and it will show up. Took me like 8 times

And I am shocked to discover that iMessage sync is not an official thing. I guess it was only in the beta?
