Scheduled fetch and notifications for favorited mail folders other than Inbox on non-push mail accounts are not happening since iOS 11.0. They were working in iOS 10.3.3 and earlier.
Yet this issue has not been resolved by Apple till date.

I have submitted feedback since last 8 months. Nothing has happened till now.
I feel they take up only those issues which are highlighted by websites like yours.

Hmm, I'm having the opposite problem with mail. I disallow fetch and notifications on my mail app, but since iOS 11, it's been automatically loading new emails. I've checked the settings and indeed, I have them set to manual. On iOS 10, my iDevices don't load emails unless I open the app.

I’ve been having this problem for over a year already on my 7plus now I either have to manually fetch or set it to fetch every hour. I miss where it will fetch on its own as soon as a email comes through and notifies me.

Do you not have the option to Fetch every 15 minutes? That not soon enough?
