I tried to sync my iTunes with my phone yesterday to get all my videos on my phone but I can’t find them anywhere. Can you no longer add videos to your library anymore unless they are purchased via iTunes?

It depends on the file. Are you sure the video file is compatible with iOS? Even MacBooks can hold, show, and play more file types than iOS.

I keep getting the error -54 come up saying my iPhone cannot be synced. How do I fix this?

Thank you for your help. I tried running iTunes as administrator and it now looks like the videos are starting to sync. Fingers crossed

They are all on my phone now but they don’t have thumbnails -_-
