YouTube Killing Battery??!

Ever since I updated to iOS 11, YouTube has been destroying my battery life!! I listen to a few shows each morning, always on WiFi. Background refresh is disabled on the app.

Last 24hrs it’s accounted for 59% of battery usage with just 22min on screen time and 1.5hr background time. How is this possible? What can I do??
