Cannot connect to the App Store via Wi Fi

Hi guys. So I’ve made sure that I’ve updated my new iPhone X to the latest 11.1 and very time I try load the App Store via wi fi it won’t connect. It just loads

It never loads it just stays like this until it says “ it says can’t connect to App Store” I’ve noticed all my devices have this issue. My iPad won’t connect to the Apple store and my old iPhone 7plus.

I’ve made sure my time is correct.
Please help!

Tried that didn’t work. Even changed channels Didn’t work.

Does this happen on ALL WiFi networks or just your home WiFi?
