Battery life is still horrible for me on my 16 SE Verizon, literally no difference from 11.0.3 (which has me looking for a Pixel now). Seems smoother however and some bugs seem to be fixed as far as UI but I still have the persistent ones. Replying to message notifications like iMsssage or GroupMe causes them to just disappear while I am typing and just fly away as if I tapped somewhere to dismiss them

FWIW, I would give it at least a couple of days for the updated OS to "settle down" before determining battery life.

A majority of you should be quite pleased with iOS 11.1. It worked well for me and never had any problems while running it on my iPhone 8 and iPad Pro.

I’ve had the iOS 11.1 public beta 5 on my 6s for several days. It runs well with the exception of a couple of bugs I’d like to see fixed. The calculator bug and the Apple weather app widget bug. I’ve heard that the calculator bug is fixed in iOS 11.2 beta 1. I’m just waiting for the public beta to drop.

What was the big associated with the calculator. I hadn’t noticed anything and I use it often.

Add 1+2+3 = real fast. It will probably give you 24. There’s a delay or something. If you do it slow it works fine most of the time. I know I had a problem. There are several videos on it.

LOL ! Well.....come'on ! 1+2+3 must be 24 because the calculator says so

But yes, it does it on mine also with 11.1. Good thing I don't normally type that fast on the calc or my checking account will be seriously forked !!
