IOS 11.03 apps don't work

Can somebody help me? I just installed IOS 11.03. And now my apps (this case WhatsApp) is not working. Normally it is green with a white telephone. Now it is white with a cross in the middle. Does somebody know how to fix this?
When I tapp on the app the screen turns black and seconds later I see the main menu again.

Uninstall and re-install the app?

Looks like the app became corrupted when you updated, which means there may be other corrupted files. Completely uninstall the app by going in to settings > general > iphone storage; when everything loads look for the app and tap on it. Delete the app, and then reinstall it from the app store.
