    Hello

I installed IOS 11, and now I cannot pull up the “battery usage” function. The one that tells you which apps are using the most power and percentages? It just says that it will appear after a few minutes of phone usage. But it does not come up?

    Thanks

Hey there, I would recommend charging it to 100% and see if that will solve the problem.

Thanks. It came back on its own. Was fully charged when it had the issue. Go figure? It’s all good now.

    Thanks

It doesn't appear on my phone since iOS11.0.1. I've tried rebooting and all but it won't just show up. It must be a bad bug.

I have not upgraded to the latest 11.1 or whatever it is. I stopped at 11. Check yours after the phone has been in continuous use for a few minutes.

It doesn't show any stats even when my battery drops to 10%. I won't bother myself about it anymore.

I have this issue on my iPad 2017 9.7". It was like that when I first took it out of the box, and right after a full charge on iOS 10. It's not just the Battery Usage stats that are missing, its also missing Usage and Standby. Sometimes I'll open Battery in the settings only to be met by a statistics that just aren't there.

It's no different on iOS 11. While beta testing iOS 11 I have factory reset the tablet a lot, and since I first noticed it on iOS 10 I don't believe it to be specific to 11. Missing Usage and Standby battery numbers goes back quite a few years, but now it's also missing the entire list of apps and their usage percentages.

What was once a long standing bug is now even worse than it's ever been. Factory resetting, hard resetting, rebooting. None of those work to completely resolve this issue. I want to reiterate that I first noticed this on iOS 10 on a brand new iPad, fresh out of the box.

No, charging your battery to 100% does not fix it. It's a bug.

May be it's a bug. But I plugged my iPhone 8 Plus to 100% and that's sorted out my issue.

This is not something that charging your phone to 100% fixes for good. It's random. I could open my tablet and look right now and all of the numbers and percentages will be there. Then I can open it 4 or 5 more times and it'll be totally empty and devoid of any information for the battery or apps.

Perfect example. Yesterday the information was there, now it is not even after a hard reset.

Same thing here @Sherry_B. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't. Just another example of this thing being rushed and not ready for prime time.

If you're refering to iOS 11, this issue was there when I first purchased my iPad a few months ago. It was running iOS 10 out of the box, so I've had this problem previous to 11.
