Turned on Offload Unused Apps, now what?

I've enabled offload unused apps but none of my apps are unloading? How long do they have to be unused before its offloaded?

This will only offload unused apps when your storage is low. If you're storage isn't currently low, no offloading will occur.

I don't think that Apple ever said, but are you running low on storage? I thought it offloaded apps when storage was nearly full?

You can manually offload apps. Settings - General - iPhone/iPad Storage. It lists the large apps at the bottom, and then you can tap any of them and you'll see an "offload app" (or "delete app") option.

It would only remove the unused apps, though. It clearly states that in the description.

Once you want to use that app, just tap the app icon and it will load the app back on your iDevice.
