I’ve noticed that auto-brightness is no longer an option and it’s on all the time now. That’s going to annoy me now since I’ve always have that off. (I’ve only been beta testing on my iPod so I didn’t notice until I installed the gm on my 6S)

i have an enhancement request for Apple if someone can relay it to them. I upgraded my iOS and no longer have my acct. I would like to see the folder items display stretched bigger.

I thought that by now apple would have done away with the volume “Graphic” if you like, that appears slap bang in the centre of the screen would have been changed by now? I’m sure there’s a far cleaner look that’s slightly less in your face!

Do you mean the frosted folder itself, or that and the icons as well?

the 3x3 frosted folder and maybe more icon rows or columns to match the home screen since all the newer iphones have bigger screens. The smaller size folders just seem dated only having 3 icons across and 3 icons down

I don't think it would work to make the folders larger and the app icons smaller. The folders have to be the same size as the icons on the home screen.

just increasing the folder size to 4 icons across like the home screen and maybe 4 or 5 rows down would be a major improvement over what we currently have .

Oh i think i just figured out what you are saying....your referring to the folder preview icon on the home screen corresponding to the same layout or appearance as the folder when opened. Maybe instead of previewing the folder ....maybe it could be a image to correspond to the title of the folder.

How would that help? You can use numerous folder pages for many icons. You're using 2 in the screenshot.

I guess it’s a personal preference thing. Each person would probably want it different but for me i would rather have one folder page with many icons instead of a 100 tiny post it note size pages.

I’m on the GM on my 6 and I’m wondering if iOS 11 is a little too much for it. I’m finding my 6 getting laggy when switching between or opening apps. Anyone else having the same problem?

It is a bit much for the 6.
It’s quite slow on my sibling’s iPhone 6.
