Beta 6 is out

Any smoother?

I’m on lunch and something told me to check for an update. Wow! I didn’t expect this one just yet, but hey, I’m glad it’s here. See you all later this evening.

Very smooth on my 10.5 iPad. But too early to say if the lag has been solved. So far so good. We’ll see.

Excited to see this make it to the public beta too. I don't have any real issues, but it is good to see things getting more refined.

Public beta also out. Nice to see them come at the same time.

So far no lag. I think they finally fixed it. Took 6 betas. But better late then never.

For the first time during this iOS 11 beta I can honestly recommend it. Is it perfect? No. It’s a beta still. But it’s stable enough to use on your everyday phone.

I'm mostly interested in knowing if battery life is improved. That was the only reason I ended up downgrading to iOS 10.3.3.

Yeah. Mine is the same. I like it.

So far it's fantastic. Running VERY smooth. Think I. Finally gonna load it on the iPad Pro. It's really nice on my 7Plus. New Maps and App Store icons.

Yes finally it’s smooth. When everybody else did on previous betas it was smooth and no lag, I chuckled. But finally, performance is solid.

BIG jump in modem firmware on my Verizon iPhone 7 (based on comparing to my wife’s iPhone 7 on 10.3.3): 1.91.00 to 3.00.00

Yes, and it’s actually a bit more snappier too. At least it is on my iPhone 7 Plus. I haven’t installed it on my iPad Pro yet. Maybe I’ll have time for it tomorrow.

Decided to load it on my iPad Pro and its running fantastic. No real hiccups yet and battery life appears to be rock solid.

I have yet to try iOS 11 beta on an iPad.. I might give this one a go.
