Why are Apple EarPods out of stock everywhere? Are there any known places in India where they are available or any other way in which they can be ordered?

If it's possible for you to order it from USA and get it there it could be an option, there are POBOX and couriers who give service to receive in an USA address and send it to India, but I can't recall one just know, hopefully it could help you.
