App specific settings in Settings

Does anyone know where the app specific settings went, that used to be at the very bottom of main Settings? The specific settings that allowed you to clear caches for specific apps, etc.

Mine comes and goes. Not sure why. Sometimes it's there, sometimes not. Try a hard reset (reboot).
I just looked and it wasn't there. I jiggled the screen, and it came out.
Try pulling down on the screen to refresh.

It takes a few seconds for mine to load

It takes a few seconds for mine to load

Mine used to be like that too but recently it wouldn't show up at all no matter how long I left it open. Either way somehow it fixed itself.

It's hit and miss from time to time.
Just force close the Settings app from app switcher and reopen it will solve it.
