Images are still broken. I've sent one final bug report in to Apple about it since it's now a bug affecting everyone on 10.3.

I agree. How can there be a bug fix of an OS that was just released? Why not squash those bugs and then release the OS as a final? These seem to be betas just for the sake of being betas.

I think the main reason I'm running these betas is the hope that one of them fixes the broken images. Not happening so far.
