Settings menu bottom half missing iOS 10.3 beta

For some reason the bottom half of the settings menu, where app settings are found is sometimes missing (every second time I open settings), it goes away if settings is closed and opened again. It's not annoying me, it's just interesting. (iOS 10.3 Public Beta 1, iPhone 5s)

This has been happening to me since iOS 10 launched (maybe even before, not sure).

This has happened to both my old iPhone 6 Plus and my new 7. Both were not on the beta. It's not a new problem unfortunately.

Do you have any 3rd party apps installed? It doesn't appear that there are any installed. My iPhone 5S on the 10.3 Beta 1 doesn't show anything below that either, since I don't have any 3rd party apps installed. If you do have 3rd party apps installed and they are not showing, you should submit feedback with the feedback app.

Yea, like scruffypig says just hit the Feedback icon and report it.
