I doubt its in there. There's no mention of it and I'd think this would be something that Apple would be touting like they did with Night Shift.

Welp, nothing as far as theater mode that I can find anywhere, some so far anyway, cosmetic changes to settings, but nothing about theater mode anywhere, neither settings nor control center.

10.3 doesn't look like anything special (so far) ... All the major new additions in the iOS 10.3 and macOS 10.12.4 betas | Ars Technica

I must say I'm a little disappointed.....A LOT DISAPPOINTED with this, this iOS10.3 (beta) update.

You're probably disappointed because of all the rumors floating around.

The thing about Apple is that it isn't official until Apple makes it official.

Tech news sites are quick to jump on rumors and wild speculation and portray them as the gospel truth.

Sometimes these rumors come to fruition, but sometimes they don't.

If you start taking rumors and speculation with a grain of salt then you won't be disappointed!

All the new betas installed on all of the things...

So far I am noticing the animations on the 7 plus with 10.3 b1 are super smooth!
