    I think that would be up to Google to create such a thing. Chrome is Google's app.

    Thanks, I'm a first time iOS user after 4 years of Android and there are Ad-blockers like Adguard that are system wide, i thought this would be the casenfor iOS too

    I use Weblock. You change up your proxy settings and it works perfectly.

    Also has the added bonus of working on Mac too.

    This is an extension for chrome that I use, and it's very helpful! Recommend using it!
    blocks ads on youtube, blocks ads you wish to block, and more!

    I wish they'd get plugins in mobile versions of Chrome (both Android and iOS). It's a shame there's not, but using system wide apps is a decent work around.
