iCloud Backup QNS ?

1. I had all options turn on in setting except Mail which require me to open iCloud Mail. And also Photo is on except iCloud Photo Library. (I did my photo sync from PC folder via iTunes).

If I restore from iCloud Backup after I restore iOS or on new iPhone, what contents will be restore? Do I need to tweak all features in settings app again? And how about home screen folders icons layout?

2. If I also backup on PC in full via iTunes, upon restore will my iCloud Backup be restored too?

Actually i havent tried it yet, but basically if you faced some issues before you erased your phone, i suggest not to, as for settings i think it wont be restore but the files eg photos music documents will be.

As for #2 I believe you backup one way or the other. IIRC when you switch between the 2 options you should get a pop up telling you it wont do the other.
