Re: Developer Beta iOS 10.2 Beta 6

I think I spoke too soon, battery life is not too good today. Six hours of standby along with one and a half hours of usage and I am at 66%.

Hmm, updated and don't see any difference in battery. Where are the ew diagnostics supposed to be?

Almost certainly it is an internal service that reports to Apple, not a user facing app or service. I read that story as it was collecting data to try to find a pattern that explains shut downs caused by the battery.

re: iOS 10.2

Well my BT/Bluetooth in my car (Chevy equinox 2013) is jacked up it seems like. Try to make calls or answer calls it sometime does nothing or call failed. On the same note. Not sure how car audio with BT is suppose to be on iOS 10. I now have to pick and choose either car or iPhone for audio on the phone trying to do BT in the car. iOS 9 always saved my settings on how to answer calls in the car. iPhone 6s+, beta 7.

re: iOS 10.2

OK..I downloaded the 10.2 (beta 7) yesterday and allowed my battery to drain until my iPhone cut off by itself. I then put it on the actual iPhone charger (not iPad charger), and I took my iPhone off the charger at 8AM....with "normal" use @6:40PM my battery is at 67%....not to shabby.
