I wonder if the rating thing is a regional thing. I'm in New Zealand... And I have not got it.

I have the same build on my iPhone 7 Plus 256GB

Did you enable ratings in settings for music?

Go to Settings > Music and enable it.

Not overly impressed with battery on my 7 but it's just a first beta so I expect that to improve on future betas. Otherwise it's very stable.

I think Chuck_IV is right (as he posted on the Public Beta sticky) it seems that whether you have this setting available or not depends on whether you have a  Music subscription or not. It appears only those who are NOT subscribed are seeing this option (according to the "Join Apple Music" toggle on the screenshots for those who do have the option

I have the beta on my spare 5s and the star rating isn't there. I am not subscribed to Apple Music.

My battery is not as good as 10.1 was but seems to have improved from the other day. It's doable now.

I am an  Music subscriber and I do have star ratings in Settings.
Guess there is no actual logic so far in who sees and who does not see that option. But don't forget this is a beta.

I'm Subscribed to  Music & don't have theStar rating option on my 6 Plus (in the UK).
