I've noticed also since iOS 10 that Notification Center brightness control slider has to be touched MUCH more precisely than on previous iOS versions! I'm guessing this is because now u can swipe left for another page of stuff... I don't like that!.. I say put it back the way it was... I've also noticed that with other controls and things throughout.. Worked better before..
