Today view missing from lock screen

So all of the sites I've read state that swiping right on the LOCK screen shows what was once called "Today View". However, it doesn't work. It does work on the home screen. Does this work for anyone else?

I'm in 6s+ 128gb.. yeah it works fine swiping right from home screen.. trying to figure out what u mean by it doesn't work...if u pull down NC from anywhere else u get notifications..swipe right from there n u get today screen..

Hmm... I guess wait for someone with a 6 to comment... I wouldn't think it would be any different..but can only talk to the 6s+.

Look in settings / Touch ID & Passcode. Is "Today View" disabled?

Yes, tried it on my wife's 6... (not 6s) and it works just fine, left to right swipe on the lock screen.

That fixed it. Thank you. I searched for "today" in settings but search failed to find that.

Yeah I knew that was somewhere in settings..couldn't remember where..
