Word suggestion bar won't swipe down

I have 6s+ 128gb on iOS 10. I can't swipe that word suggestion bar down out of the way! Could do that on iOS 9..weird thing is on my work ip5s it is down after the update. It I can't swipe to bring it up! What's the deal?...

In iOS 10, they have unfortunately removed that feature. The only way to get that bar to go away is to turn off Predictive Text in the settings. Don't know why it's still working on your 5s lol. Sorry!

I wasn't able to do that in iOS 9. Try long pressing on the globe. There should be a toggle to turn predictive off.
