LED light notification not working

Hi All, I need help getting notified by LED light when I receive texts. It stopped working after installing is iOS 10. Thanks!

Edit: I don't use sound or vibration, just the flash. I have tried everything I could. Anybody with similar problem?.

I did set those to "on" but still not working for me., rebooted my phone couple times too.

Does the light actually work? Have you tried the flashlight? Same result on silent or with ringer on?

The light actually works. I've been using it since iOS 8, it works on silent mode too. I personally prefer it to sound or vibration. It works with silent and ringer on. This might be a bad bug.

When you say you rebooted the phone, did you soft reboot (hold down power button until the slide button comes on), or did you hard reboot (hold down both power button and home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release both buttons and allow the phone to reboot)?

The latter does not delete anything from your phone.

Hard reboot(hold down both power button and home button).
