Finally you don't have to press home button. Keyboard sounds are back and better, especially predictions. Siri is again functional

Really, really, hoping that the pause bug is fixed and I can use Hey Siri again. I'll test it out later and let y'all know.

Much better than 1. Smoother with less bugginess.

I always erase everything if installing new betas. It's a longer procedure but very efficient

You don't have to on first attempt you can try erase all settings and use backup after.

Do you have it turn on? For me works fine, but after erasing everything, before it wasn't functional at all.

Working for me... try settings>> general>> accessibility>>Home button --- see if "rest finger to open" is on or off - if on, turn off - reboot - then turn on again and see if that fixes it.

If they're not visible yet you can still tap them, tap App Store, you'll have LOADS of updates. Then reboot. Worked for my friend when his App Store icon did a runner.

I'm experiencing the same with the lock sound much different and the keyboard clicks are barely audible.

new lock sound AND new keyboard sounds came with PB 2 from what I understand

Lock sound is definitely different. Can also confirm keyboard clicks seem more.. muted???

Locksound came with PB2, keyboard sound didn't worked in PB1, now it's fixed.
Dark mode of the clock app was in PB1 already.
