Why can I no longer set imported ringtones to individual contacts?

Can no longer set imported ringtones to individual contacts

Prior to this 1st beta I could set imported ringtones that I had made to individual contacts. Now they no longer show up as options except in the general sound settings. The are gone from the "per contact" settings.

The setting is still there for me. See the attached screenshot.

The setting is there yes but when I open it to change the tone I can only choose from the preinstalled ones. The ones I made and imported into the phone are no longer showing up. They do show up in the general settings list but not for individual contacts
