Hi all! I've been haunting Crackberry for some time, but I just got my first IOS device (my ipod Classic doesn't count) this month, so I'm migrating this way.
I bought a 16GB ipad mini 2 when they were on sale for $249. I had been using a B&N Nook HD+, but it was just outdated. I sold it and the useless Blackberry Playbook that had been collecting dust, and after buying and returning no less than four other Android tablets, I settled on a Mini 2. I didn't understand "Android fragmentation" until I went shopping for myself. They ALL look good on paper, but once you have the device, you see its flaws. I like the "you buy it; it works" simplicity of the ipad line. My main use is games, and this puppy has not let me down at all. It is amazingly smooth and responsive.
Anyway, before I ramble on too much, I just want to say I look forward to chatting and learning, and hopefully one day I'll even be able to contribute meaningful answers to new owners.
