Why does the photo on my instagram change quality based on what account im signed into?

I posted a picture accidentally on the wrong account and it was super HQ. I switched accounts and tried posting on the correct account and the quality got worse. I tried again to see if it was a one time thing and the same thing happened. How do I fix this?
