My neighbor told me something horrific about that, this morning. She did not purchase a stolen phone but three days after she bought it, the seller called their carrier to have the phone blacklisted. She now has a very expensive mp3 player/paperweight.
Would you buy a second hand phone online?
Personnally, I would never do that. It seems too risky and to be the new trending scam.
