Apple is probably one of the best buys in my portfolio for me. I also love Apple shares because it's become easy to almost guess when it's going to go down. You know that after a big device debut like the Watch for example that it will probably drop as investors and Wall St. speculates on whether the device will be a success or not. There wont be huge drops now so it's not like you can time it to make enormous sums of money. However the point of stocks is to buy low and sell high. As an example I sold some shares for $128 a month or so ago as a part of eliminating some costs that came up. The costs were a little less than I calculated so after waiting for a week and a half I was able to buy back some shares for $125. It's only $3 a share but to be able to make a profit from the shares I sold and then buy back shares for less than what I sold for is good in my books. My Apple play is for long-term so it's not like I'm looking for this to make me a millionaire by next year.
