Yep. I am on one.. I used an early renewal opportunity, so I will be stuck with my current 5S for 11 more months.. Thank god 19 months have passed already.. I always take a 2 year plan when renewing my contract.

I haven't the faintest idea.. Never had a reason to check for it. But I've read somewhere the new  renewal plan is coming here as well

Have you tried the Apple Store....in some cases here in the US there letting customers upgrade even if their in a current contract
