I hit the gym like usual this morning and hit a PR on the leg press. 1005lbs x 10

Between that, the squats and deadlifts, I will be requesting chair happy dances for the rest of the week... Seashell can you help me out with that?

Either way I have on red/black lace and talk black boots...

I just got to work. The first part of my drive was fine, just some light snow the roads were fine. Then it all changed. Heavier snowfall and the roads were awful. I barely avoided an accident.
