Thank you seashell.... just fed the little guys and now they are already getting sleepy and Pepper is leaning on my arm while I am typing.

Time for me to chill and relax. Just put the new air conditioners in my house now I'm about to freeze the house! It's going to be a hot week here so in getting prepared.

I went to the doctor today. I've had a pain in my lower back since Friday. I figured it would go away over the weekend but it didn't. It's not ultra painful but anything with my back I'm always concerned. Well turns out it's something with my back muscles nothing major but I can't workout for five days :( WTH I workout 4-5 days a week so 5 days is a huge setback. I'm gonna have to really watch what I eat and walk everyday until Monday.

just had this shake you guys should try it. It is so GOOD!

1 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 Tbsp PB2 peanut butter
3/4 cup plain unflavoured yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1 scoop whey protein

Dude you know it's probably from all that working out! I know that you have a regimen and all but you might need to knock that down to 3-4 days a week
