- Poor thing? I love it lol because I'm the one that manages all their devices so whenever I'm there I get to do maintenance which prevents me having to go back when the devices start crashing, messing up, without backup running. I ended up with the iPhone and iPad being updated plus an iPod that needed to be connected to the wifi network and apps installed.10-04-2013 08:17 AMLike 4

That's cool. It's always better to be there to get everything updated and check bugs, rather than get calls from them later that they need help.

- see I want to do sqauts but I still haven't had the nerve to in my gym. The same with lunges although I just might start doing that at home. I also learned a new excercise I can do on an incline bench which I have my own at home.wendybeee and Elizabeth2 like this.10-04-2013 11:48 AMLike 2

Here is my routine for tonight
Squats 10 sets x 6-8 reps. Pyramid up to 1RM then back down
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 10 sets x 6-8 reps. Pyramid up to 1RM then back down
Crunches 4 sets x 100 reps

Don't worry about the nerve. Start off light and just do it. No one is going to look down at you for doing squats.

I've always had issue with my legs ever since highschool so I'm always light on the weights but I'm taking a little break from legs for maybe 2 weeks. So today is another chest, arm and core day Yayyyy! lol

I did Chest and Biceps yesterday
Flat Bench 15 sets x 6-8 reps pyramid up to 1RM then back down
Ez-Bar Curl 8 sets x6-8 reps ladder up to 1RM
Leg raises 4 sets x 25 reps
I am in a strength/bulk phase so one major exercise (compound) per body part.
