Ive just signed up for imore and downloaded the iPad app. When I try to log in it tells me I'm wrong. When I use the same username and password on the website I get right in. Help please.
Several people have complained of the exact same thing since the app was released. Some people found success by deleting the app, rebooting your device and then reinstalling the app and others were successful after they logged in to the site via a computer, changed their password and then logging via the app with the new password. Hopefully, one of the two will help you.
