Photo attached to an email address question

This isn't related to iphone 4 per se, but a while back Tipb had either a web page or a link where you could attach a photo to your email address. Now when I post on forums or make comments, a picture shows on the left side of my comment. I lost the information where that can be done and would like to go in and change my picture. Does anyone know the name of the website that allows me to put a picture attached to my email address? I would greatly appreciate it if you know.

Directly above your original post is a blue bar. The first text hyperlink there is "User CP" (CP for Control Panel). In there is where you set all that stuff - at least for here in the forums.

If you mean comments on the blog posts, that will depend on how you signed in to start with, since there are now so many choices.
