I have someone who wants to trade me an imac for my macbook pro.

iMac specs:
1.5 TB Hard Drive
2GB RAM
20" Display
Wired keyboard/mouse
2.66 Ghz Processor

Macbook pro specs:
250GB Hard Druve
4GB RAM
13" model

do you guys think this is a good deal for me?

I guess it's not a horrible deal if that's what you want. I personally would rather have the MacBook Pro.

I wanted something with better specs, and since my macbook pro just sits on my desk all the time, i might as well go for an imac. Thats my opinion though

What's ever best for you is the best way to go. If you go through with the trade I would try and talk them into throwing in some more RAM so it's at least equal to your MBP, Worth a shot at least.
