App Helps Cheating Spouses Get Cover; TigerText For iPhone

Tiger Woods may have gotten caught, but that doesn't mean other cheating spouses aren't trying to hide hot text messages from their significant other - and now there's an iPhone app to help those cheaters keep cheating, called TigerText.

iPhone app founder Jeffrey Evans says TigerText was named that before the infamous text messages between Tiger Woods and his various lovers came to light. But unfortunately for the legendary lothario, he didn't have this cellphone application to help him get rid of those pesky tele-notes.

As described by DigitalJournal.com: "The texting app allows users to set a time limit for a sent message to stay after it has been read; when it reaches the limit, the message will disappear not only only from the recipient's phone but also from the sender's phone and any servers. It cannot be forwarded, nor copied at any point to be used against you.

"For those who really need to cover their tracks there is a 'delete on read' setting that counts down from 60 after the message has been read and deletes itself at zero. There is also a 'delete history' option that can erase any evidence of a given phone call. The app only works iPhone to iPhone."

The app was launched on Feb. 25, and costs $1.65 a month. Very useful for those inappropriate texters who just don't know when to 'shut up' or remember what they may have texted at any given time.

i don't know what to say, really...
